	As the only NAMAS and ISO9000 approved fabric-coating facility in Europe you can be sure that you will receive the highest quality. Our back coating compounds are provided by acknowledged market leaders in the development of environmentally friendly, fire safety and stain resistant compounds. Our two, high speed, high volume production lines can process up to 30,000 metres of fabric per day. They have been developed to offer us the flexibility we require to coat long or short runs of fabric with the minimum of changeover periods. We are known for providing the softest coatings in our market (average weight gain of 20%) with a light breathable finish that avoids the ‘whoopy cushion’ effect.



	Our order processing and production control systems have been developed to suit the specific needs of our company and most importantly our clients. Operating in ‘real time’ we have the ability to track a specific fabric package from receipt through to despatch, this enables us to keep our clients informed of progress at all times. The system also provides the traceability of all materials and compounds required for records, legal and standards purposes. The combination of processes and systems ‘designed for purpose’ allow us to offer our clients product turn around in 3 working days with next day delivery anywhere in Europe.

Flametect fabrics are commision fabric and textile finishers specialising in Fr backcoating and stain and soil resistant coatings.

We operate a UKAS approved test facility which not only varifies our own testing but also gives us the ability to test independantly.
